Meeting with Ivan Argote
Trublion, pirate, provocateur, the Colombian artist and director (who "tagged" two Mondrians at the Centre Pompidou in 2008) has the particularity of investing public space to question our relationships to living together, to power, to history. With a lot of humor and tenderness, he is one of those who try to derail routine to tease our passivity. He responds to our questioning by overlaying his work "Levitate", an action carried out at Piazza del Popolo, in Rome this year.
